Hatha Yoga Instructor
My yoga seed was planted 16 years ago in a class I took in community college. It wasn't until lockdown 2020 that I took a 200-hour Hatha Yoga course to strengthen my own practice and try to keep myself calm while I was unable to work as an esthetician. It was after the course I found the passion to share what I have learned to feel good, and self-regulate with breath, meditation, and movement.
I've had the opportunity to work with elementary students virtually and adults both in virtual and in-person sessions.
I like to create a welcoming, safe, and supportive space for every BODY. Through movement and breath, we will strengthen the mind-to-body connection. The goal for my session is for you to leave calmer and more present, with tools you can use in your life to feel good.
I like to incorporate sound bowls into the practice for deep relaxation and balancing of the chakras.
