Individual Yoga with Ashley

We will share one hour of practicing yoga. This is an individualized process. Hatha yoga refers to yoga practices including both breath-work with physical movement. This type of practice involves guidance through specific postures and is typically slower, but can also be energizing. Yoga with me includes mindful breathing exercises, seated and standing yoga poses at a slower pace, and ends with a meditation. This class is great for beginners.
