Career Fulfillment Coach
Whether you are someone looking to find that right career and get better in touch with your unique strengths and skillsets, or if you already love what you do but want to work through challenging work situations or environments, career fulfillment coaching can be a great step in the right direction.

You + Better Work
I am a career fulfillment coach, utilizing both my education and professional experience to provide guidance and resources to career-driven professionals navigating the ups and downs of life at work. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Cognitive Science from the University of California, Merced, and a Master's in Professional Studies degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Maryland, which provides a wholistic understanding of human behavior both individually, and within organizations. I also have been working in Talent Management for over 7 years, managing programs within companies that cover the full employee lifecycle: from recruitment and new employee onboarding to training and employee development, workplace conflict, and employee offboarding. I have industry experience in legal services, technology, non-profits, professional services, retail, and local government. I have devoted my career to being an employee advocate and trying to make the workplace more humane, more inclusive, and more fun!
I approach my coaching by making an individual connection with each client, considering your unique circumstances and challenges, while also factoring in the larger pieces at play that may be impeding your progress. With an organizational lens on your career or specific challenges, I aim to provide you with a better support system, a toolkit for how to navigate future challenges, and enthusiastic belief in you the whole way through.
As a San Francisco native and multiracial woman, I am an avid lover of diversity, in people, cultures, and experiences. I enjoy reading adventure novels just as much as I love going on outdoor adventures myself, and if I'm not out hiking in the woods or kayaking down a river, you may find me cheering on the San Francisco Giants at the ballpark. My friends and colleagues have described me as someone who is trustworthy, caring, reflective, and self-assertive, and it is my intention to channel these strengths to being the best-fit career coach for you.
