My practice is holistic and draws from several modalities, always shaping and adapting to what you need. At its core is Relational Gestalt Therapy, built on the belief that change happens in relationship, not in isolation. The therapeutic relationship itself, grounded in authenticity and safety, is the primary tool for healing. Together, we bring awareness to the present moment: your internal patterns, behavioral habits, and bodily experiences, so you can live with more intention and connection to yourself.
I also work with psychodynamic approaches, exploring how early experiences shape the way we relate and react today, and somatically, using breathwork, grounding, and mindfulness to reconnect you with your body and the present, especially when it comes to trauma, which lives not just in memory but in the nervous system.
In a world that often makes mental health feel inaccessible, with its ongoing stressors, political instability, climate anxiety, and the relentless pace of modern life, my work is about creating a space where you can actually breathe.
My work is about helping you return to yourself, to explore who you are, especially if you're still figuring that out, and to reconnect with your own way of understanding the world. My therapy is about coming home to yourself. To your body. To that sense of safety that was always yours.
