Associate Professional Clinical Counselor #16050
Anna Le is a compassionate trauma-informed therapist and community healer
committed to supporting BIPOC, queer, and historically marginalized youth and adults throughout California. She integrates somatic modalities, attachment-based care, mindfulness informed practices, and spirituality into her practice. Her approach is relational, authentic, and client-centered, with an emphasis on co-creating safe, present, and embodied spaces for healing.
About Me
My intention is to co-create a sacred healing space with you where you can feel empowered to express the fullness of who you are, explore your inner world, and to make sense and meaning of your life experiences thus far. Together, we gently uncover patterns, deepen self-trust, and reconnect with the parts of you that hold wisdom, resilience, and wholeness.

I’m a second-generation Vietnamese-American therapist, born and raised in the greater Bay Area, and the child of Vietnamese boat refugees whose journey shapes the heart of my practice and how I hold space. Through my own healing
journey and education, I understand how cultural and systemic forces shape our mental health and beyond.

My approach is intuitive, compassionate, curious, warm, and authentic. I believe context, choice, and connection are key to healing and embodied safety. I offer context through psychoeducation, collaborative discussion of diagnoses (if
applicable), and transparent conversations about our therapeutic process to help you feel informed and empowered in your healing journey. I strive to offer choice whenever possible. I will ask you before trying out an intervention. I incorporate mindfulness, somatic practices, art, or even integrating intuitive tools like tarot/oracle, or astrology to support whatever
is needed in your process.

Above all, I value the therapeutic relationship. Research shows that the quality of the therapeutic alliance is a strong predictor of healing, and I’m committed to building a space of trust, collaboration, and repair when needed. When appropriate, I may also offer thoughtful self-disclosure to deepen trust and co-regulation within our work.
I specialize in working with BIPOC and queer-identified teens and adults navigating life transitions, depression, grief, anxiety, and attachment trauma. I enjoy working with folks who want to explore or integrate their spirituality into our healing space. My areas of focus also include AAPI mental health and intergenerational trauma/healing.
